Hey I'm Michael, moving to the city this month for my new job (but have been trying to get out here for a while). Spent the last year working on a startup in Seattle, and 2 years in Dallas doing management consulting before that. Grew up around Mercer Island area in Washington

Chill clean guy, looking for 1-2 roommates somewhere in Lower Manhattan (down for most neighborhoods as long as it's a decent spot, reasonably close to some good places to go out, and not a terrible commute to FiDi). Ideally would pay $2-2.2k but can go up to $2.5k if it's warranted.

If you can keep some plants alive then I'll promise to bring some nice decor for the place. Would be awesome if you're cool with hosting some friends for the occasional pregame, going out to the bars, maybe hitting the gym together, peeping a movie, or going B2B on my DJ setup.
