Hello! I'm a 27 year old human rights lawyer looking for 2-4 potential roommates with whom to embark on a housing search together for a lease starting around September 1st in Midtown/Murray Hill with a roughly $1,500 budget.

I just graduated from seminary and law school, for which I wrote my application essay on the lack of separation of powers in Harry Potter's Ministry of Magic (it's preposterous that the Minister of Magic makes wizarding laws, supervises the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, and presides over the Wizengamot--no wonder wizarding society is so vulnerable to pervasive human rights violations against house elves and Muggles, as well as to hostile takeover by Death Eaters)!
