I'm a 24 yr old Portland native who's a part time student and works at PDX. I currently live in Milwaukie in a 1 bed but need to move into a 2 bed with a roommate as I am unable to attend school next term due to covid and need help paying rent. I have some places in mind, and even though I would like to stay at the 2 beds at my current complex ,however, if we can find a cheaper place elsewhere I'd like that better. At my current complex the 2 bed units are 2 bath with W/D in unit, but it's now 1550/mo (since I last checked) and utilities are not included, but they aren't THAT high here. However, I'm definitely open to moving somewhere cheaper, as they really jacked the rent up on 2 beds here.

More about me: I'm a pretty quiet, laid back person. I tend to work as much as possible, so I tend to be out most days, but am home in the evenings usually. I'm very responsible with my bills and rent, everything is paid on time or early, and I'd really want someone who can do the same. I'm neat and always clean up after myself. I'd also really like someone who's ok with not wearing shoes in the house, as that's how I grew up (asian thingz) and it keeps the house cleaner. My hobbies include playing video games, watching junk tv and going to the gym and shopping. If you like to play video games too, that would be awesome, however I only have 1 tv so you'll have to bring another, haha. I just wanna find somebody who's chill and laid back, but responsible with money. I have no pets, but I'm ok if you have one (at my current complex on cats are allowed). I am looking for a female roommate, but am open to splitting rent with a couple of any orientation. No smoking, please, I cannot stand the smell of cigarettes. I don't care if you do 420, just don't stink up the apartment. No hard drug use in the apartment either, if you do that you're gonna have to do it at your friend's house. I'm cool with alcohol, just don't be a crazy drunk lol.

I have furniture for the common areas, so other than maybe an extra shelf or two, you won't need to worry about it. You will have to furnish your own bedroom though.
