5 Month Sublease

Hi,
My name is Tatiana and I am looking for a 5 month sublease for 1 bedroom of a two bedroom apartment. It is located in the heart of Wicker Park, 4 blocks walking from the Damen Blue line and minutes from great restaurants and bars.
I currently live with a 24 year old high school teacher. We get along wonderfully however, I have moved in with my significant other sooner than expected and would like find someone to take over my half of the lease.
We are looking for someone who is clean and knows how to responsibly enjoy life. Someone that can balance being a professional during the week and enjoy the rewards of their hard work on the weekends.
The room and apartment are furnished however, all the furniture belongs to me and I am either going to leave it, sell it or dispose of it. What you keep, buy from me, or bring is up to you.
