Kato T - $750/month

I am a young professional who works in both creative fields and retail. Currently, I'm working retail jobs as contracts start to dwindle, and so the max budget I can afford is $750 a month base rent. I have no pets but am pet friendly. I don't smoke, but don't care if you do as long as it's outside or not in the common areas.
I am LGBT+ friendly, and am transmasculine myself, so I prefer a roommate who is chill about that.

I'm neat, especially when it comes to shared spaces, and am friendly but reserved. I don't like being too noisy, but enjoy being sociable with people if they're open to it.

Basically, you don't need to worry about noise complaints or messiness with me, and I get along well with both reserved and outgoing people.
