Sunny & Quiet Bedroom in the Presidio

Private bedroom with plenty of sunlight available in quiet 3-bedroom apartment across from Baker Beach in the Presidio. Room has views of garden and ocean as well as ample closet space. The rent for the occupant of this room would be $1,000 per month through January. At that point, there's an option to renew with us for a year. Apartment is close to both the Golden Gate Bridge and hiking trails as well as the restaurants, shops, bus lines (29, 1, 38, 5), and other amenities found along 25th Avenue.

You would have sole access to a permitted parking space (included in rent!). Every resident receives a PresidiGo shuttle pass for free in order to access both the Presidio’s Main Post (105 Montgomery Street) and downtown SF (stops at Embarcadero BART station). Shared amenities in the house include washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, bathroom, and spacious, fully-furnished living and dining common areas (see pictures).

As per the leasing office, all tenants are subject to a background check/credit check and application process.
