Anne A - $1,300/month

Hello! I’m looking for two roommates to apartment hunt with for a March 1st move in. I currently live in Crown Heights and would love to stay in the area, but I’m also open to Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, PLG, upper Manhattan, or other similar neighborhoods. My budget is $1300, but I would love to keep it closer to $1000. I currently work 7 days a week in theatre admin on a hybrid schedule. I have one cat named Diggle— he’s very social and loves to make friends with both people and other animals. I’m open to living with additional pets as long as they get along with Diggle. I try to clean the apartment weekly and, though I can get a little cluttered, try to just tidy up as I see things that need tidying. I’m open to a chore schedule if that’s important to a roommate, and I’m happy to rise to a higher level of cleanliness. I’m very extroverted and love spending time in the living room watching movies or hanging out, and I enjoy having friends over on occasion. I am a night owl, but I try to be respectful of other people’s schedules. However, my family is in California so I typically talk to them before bed so I would prefer to live with people who don’t mind some talking in the evenings/at night. I would love to live with folks who also enjoy socializing and who are kind, empathetic, and creative. Please message me if you think we might be a fit!
