I'm easy going. Like a clean organized house. I have a cat and keep her cat hair vacuumed and cleaned very often. She is very very kind and friendly. Not your average mean cat.

I workout regularly, typically before work in the mornings. I love the sun, beach, and anything to do with the water. I regularly go to the beach or just sit out back at my current apartment near the sea wall in the sun, while using the phone for work or just even catch some quick rays after work for 30 mins to an hour.

I am looking to share an apartment in North Bay Village area. I have good credit score, good income and should have no problems being approved. There are some really nice affordable units in a building I know of close-by on North Bay Village, close to North Beach (3-5 min drive), close to 95 (10 min drive).

The building has floor to ceiling glass walls, very modern apartments in some of the units, wide open kitchen with island, high floors offering amazing water views.

I'm open to other locations as well, even off Collins or wherever. My main goal is to share an apartment with a like minded person who wants a nice apartment that offers a lot of benefits at the 2 BR level that is harder to find at the 1br for the same price as if we split the 2 br... if you've search studios or 1 BR and then 2 BRs in Miami you most likely know exactly what I mean.
