Queen sized bedroom available in a massive 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Hayes Valley. This apartment is on the second floor of the building.

The available bedroom has its own closet and shares a bathroom with one of the other bedrooms.

Comes fully furnished with the option to buy all of the furniture for a discounted price. There is a chest of drawers, bedside table, shelving unit, and full length mirror.

The apartment has tons of natural light, a large kitchen, and a large semi-private backyard (overlooks the bottom floor's yard). It has tons of space to work in the living room and in-unit washer and dryer.

Your roommates would be two mid-20s males - one in finance and the other in engineering. Both are friendly, clean, and respectful. They occasionally have friends over, but not often. They would appreciate a roommate who is similar-minded.
