I am generally a low key roommate, given I spend a lot of time either at work or studying. That said, I am not opposed to having people over (I don’t host very many parties though). I enjoy watching sports and going out to neighborhood bars. I consider myself fairly clean and like to clean the apartment about once per week. Looking for someone who shares these traits to sign a 12 month lease at my current apartment in Chelsea starting in July.
