You will have access to all common areas, living room, dining room, etc Washer and dryer are available to use onsite.

Rent is $1250/month, plus split utilities (average $50-$70 per person, depending on weather/season). Utilities include PG&E, Water and Internet.

$1000 deposit required

Prefer renting to someone clean and responsible, who pays rent on time and who does NOT smoke or excessively drink. No pets allowed. Keeping the common areas clean is essential, especially the shared bathroom. Parking is available on the street.
