Room for rent in a home in the eastern end of City Heights. Home includes back yard & patio, lovely sunsets from the porch swing, garden you are welcome to use, and two bunnies who have the run of the kitchen area and, during supervised hours, the living room. Jack-and-Jill style bathroom.
The home is not ADA compliant (an oversight I will not make with my next home!). Queer-friendly. Amazing little coffee shop two and a half blocks away on University Ave where he roasts his own beans. Easy access to the 15, the 8, the 94, and the 805 highways. 5 blocks to the 15; 1 mile to the 805; dead center between the 8 and the 94. Under ten minutes to SDSU. Less than a mile to a fantastic YMCA. A rather quiet block except for a fiesta somewhere on it most Saturday nights. I love it.
Parking would be tandem; perhaps we can make it work schedule-wise or keep keys on the hook to move cars when necessary.
