Located between Cheeseman Park and Colfax, I'm looking for someone to cosign an 11 month lease for the renewal. I am renting out the larger room (approximately 100x120 sq ft) which comes with a large closet and 2 windows. Utilities total $150 for both roommates, WiFi is about $30. Security deposit is $350. Application fee is $50. Total rent is $1660, the split rent will be slightly higher due to the available room being the larger of the two. The living room is yours to redecorate once my current roommate moves, so go crazy. I have a renovated kitchen space. Toilet is installed with a bidet. The parking lot is secure and well lit and costs $100.
