Hi there everyone, I found my current roommate of 5 years on roommates.com and now that our apartment building sold (and we received a 60-Day notice) he is moving in with his girlfriend... sooooo I figured I would try this thing out!

I am in my thirties, and grew up in the area - I work for a software company in El Segundo and want to stick local if at all possible. My weekdays involve getting up around 5am, to work by 6am and home (usually working more) by around 3pm.

I do like going to the gym and cooking dinner for myself a few times a week, and my mother still lives local. I am respectful, clean up after myself and pay my rent on time - I am simply looking for the same :) Looking forward to connecting!
