My buddy and I are looking for a third roommate to join us in Waltham starting in August or September.

I’m Declan—a 23-year-old biological engineer and salesperson moving to Boston. I’m clean, wake up early, and enjoy home cooking, writing, and working out. I’m driven, value clear communication, and take pride in maintaining a tidy, functional living space. I also appreciate quiet time and personal space, but enjoy good company too.

My roommate is similar—organized, responsible, and team-oriented when it comes to splitting chores and keeping the space in order. He’s a bit more social and enjoys going out. We both occasionally play Rainbow Six Siege.
