I have always lived with a roommate(s) in Brooklyn my whole time here and I am relaxed and respectful, and like to keep tidy at home.
I work in luxury retail and commute to Manhattan 5 days a week.
My current roommate is moving out at the end of August to move in with her boyfriend, so the current apartment has fully furnished areas in the shared spaces, only the bedroom is unfurnished.

Spacious bedroom in a 2br/1ba apartment, with a full size closet. 3rd floor, but the building had an elevator.
A 7 minute walk from Myrtle/Broadway MJZ subway station
About a 12 minute walk from Morgan L subway station
Plenty of bars and restaurants around the neighborhood.
Shared bathroom, and shared common space and all kept clean regularly. Central A/C and dishwasher.
Building amenities: lounge area, gym, roof deck , laundry in building, work area, mail room, bike storage.
Water is included. Electric and internet is not.
This is a one-year lease. Full rent is $3081 for entire apt ($1,540pp) The leasing office is requiring applicant to have a 700 credit score and an annual income of 36 times the rent (your half of course)
