Hi everyone,
I’m transferring my lease in Allston for March 1st (flexible!) through August. It’s a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment—which is honestly rare in Allston since almost everything else is just 1 bath.
The location is a huge plus:
64 & 66 buses are a 1-min walk (direct to Harvard/MIT).
Connects to Red Line in ~10 mins.
Green Line is close for BC or Gov Center.
The room is on the cozier side, but for ~ $920 per month for next six months (including one month rent deposit from my side), it’s a steal. To make settling in super easy for you, I’m giving away my bedframe (and probably the mattress too), so you won't have to worry about moving heavy furniture.
