Looking for a clean, responsible working professional mid 20's to late 30's. Down to earth, laid back, drama free works daytime hours (not looking for promoters, bartenders, etc). That being said I like to have fun and have dinner parties and smaller BBQ's on the roof. You should be respectful of other's things, privacy, etc. Please include a little bit about yourself and preferably a link to facebook/instagram/linkedin. Past roommate references HIGHLY preferred.

The room- is 10'x7', can fit a FULL size mattress, has a folding desk installed, can fit a full size dresser and comes with TWO closets-one in the room that's 2' wide x 2.5' deep x 8.5' high and one closet in the living room.
