Hello! I am looking for a roommate to resign a lease with me in central ATL (think Lindbergh area!). My current roommate is planning on moving in with her BF in May, so I am hoping to stay put and find someone to move in her room. Located on first floor of apartment with easy access to on-site gym and pool. The living room is already furnished along with the kitchen. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Rent is $779 before utilities. Those usually end up around $100/month so I would give yourself a budget of $880-$900 a month to live here!

I work 9-5 so am gone for the majority of the day. I keep the apartment very clean and tidy and hope to find a roommate who does the same! I am usually in bed by 9:30-10PM on weekdays and keep the partying to a minimum during weekends. Please feel free to reach out if you want to meet up for coffee or lunch one day! I need to let my leaseholder know by March 10th if I plan on resigning.
