- Shared living spaces are fully furnished (including pics in this post) but there’s plenty of room for you to add your own decor and smaller pieces around the house.
- The house has a great size yard for the area
- The location is great (10-15 mins from downtown, the Heights, Montrose, and Memorial Park)
- Move in date is flexible and the lease term ends July 31, 2026. The lease term can be month-to-month after that date until we provide notice (therefore, move out date is flexible too and can be longer term, if preferred)
