Great Room in 4BR Wash Heights Manhattan Apt

We are looking for a 4th roommate to complete our spacious 4 bedroom apartment. Move-in would be March 1. This would be for at least a one year-long sublet.

The room brings in plenty of natural light, and has two large windows that look out onto a lively and peaceful neighborhood. The space is big enough to accommodate a bed, a desk, dresser, etc. The apartment includes an enormous living room, full kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub), and basement laundry. There's even an elevator!

We're excited to have someone new in our home! It is very important to us that we find a roommate who is respectful, clean, and generally considerate. This is also a drug-free household, where no smoking of any kind is permitted. The three of us have somewhat separate schedules, but enjoy a good chat or watching a movie from time to time. We are two males and one female in our 20s and 30s, and happy to welcome a male or female roommate into our home.

The apartment is located in Washington Heights and is close to convenience stores (Rite Aid, Key Food, etc.), numerous bars/restaurants, and transportation (A/C/1 train only a few blocks away). For the athletically-inclined this is also a fantastic location, especially for running and biking!
