A little about me: I'm a filmmaker and photographer, I read a lot, I listen to tons of music and watch a whole lot of movies. I'm very passionate about filmmaking and organizing, building intentional relationships with land, animals, and people, and fighting for better futures. I'm Arab and Muslim, and I'm bilingual, and can speak both Arabic and English very fluently. I cook a handful of Syrian dishes quite well, I am generally clean and responsible, and I'm a pretty social person who loves hosting friends and being in community!
Looking for a roommate who is transparent and communicative, and someone who is open to potentially having a kitten around. I try to be intentional about setting roommate expectations and having frequent conversations about our needs as roommates. I'm new to the city and look forward to exploring it, and would love to room with someone similarly excited about exploring surrounding areas, but with no pressure whatsoever given our different lives/workloads :) I'm a pretty easygoing person by nature, so we should get along well as long as you're not racist, misogynistic, or homophobic!
