Hi, I am an 85 y.o. female senior. I recently lost my husband in May of this year and I am looking for a roommate in my 3 bedroom home at a Senior Community in Northridge, CA (Los Angeles County). The room is furnished, has a separate entrance and close to the bathroom. The laundry is inside the home. The property is a few steps away from the park and right across a Senior Center. I am looking for a female Senior as a roommate who can offer companionship and perhaps drive me to appointments and grocery (not required). This room is also good for an adult. It is 10 minutes away from CSUN, 5 minutes away from Northridge Mall. The rent is $800 or can reduce if one can barter for services described above. Thank you.
