All utilities are include except for the lawn care. I'm looking for clean, mature individuals (between the ages of 23 - 35), singles or couples, male or female, with good rental histories or at least good references, employment history or paystubs to show proof of income.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted here. Home provides a warm, friendly environment for everyone. I and my partner work for a pharmaceutical company and we own our own business together, so that takes a lot of our time.
