Hi, we are two female individuals, both age 25 looking for a third roommate for our 3 bed, 2.5 bath. You will be getting the medium sized room of the house with a shared bath.
We would like someone who doesnt mind joining for an occasional dinner together. Don't be a stranger!
Both of us are not avid drinkers, but we are not against it.
We are not smokers but fine with smoking as long as it is done outdoors.
Although not enforced, we are quiet once its 9pm so everyone can start winding down for bed. (Are we grandmas? Quite possibly..)
We don't mind the occasional guest as long as you let us know. Even if it's a quick "hey! So-and-so is gonna be coming over in like 2 minutes!"
We do, however, prefer an earlier notice for an overnight guest.
A few things we enjoy are:
Hiking, drawing, animals, unsolved mystery stories, and milk tea!
