To be clear I am listing my own room so you would be living with my current roommate who is a great guy (but a horrible fish parent)! He is really quiet and splits his time mostly between here and Connecticut/Mass visiting his family and girlfriend. He is super clean, but also has his own bathroom in the unit so it's really unlikely you will clash in any way other than splitting a bottle of wine or a few beers together as we currently do. We currently have no pets, but can discuss with my roommate and building management if a pet is something you want.
I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease on a bath from Jan - May. My room is east facing so sunrises are stunning. It’s a spacious and very well lit apartment and I have the larger room with its own private bathroom and walk in closet. The building is located is 2 minutes away from the line (mins to midtown on the minutes away from the metro north, steps away from multiple bus lines, and mins away from LGA.
The building has a new and large grocery store with great food selections (like if Whole Foods also sold ethnic foods) in it and has restaurants and shops opening in it in the near future. Amenities include two outdoor terraces, a rooftop garden with a view of the entire downtown skyline, a huge lounge and game room, a gym, hour doorman, conference room and working spaces, a library, package room, in unit laundry, and monthly parking.
