Available Room for Rent

Large three bedroom apartment (two full bedrooms and one office) with an open dining/living space. Office has enough room for two desks (I work fully remote in the office on weekdays).

The apartment is fully furnished, with the exception of the bedroom being rented out. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment (away from Flatbush) so it's quiet back there with a fire escape. Also includes reasonably sized closet. Please ignore the cats in the pictures of the room, those boys are sadly moving with my roommate.

Apartment doesn't have AC but does come with window units. There is one large closet in the shared space that can store a huge amount.

Located a short walk to Prospect Park and the Q and B. Above a Chinese restaurant so it always smells great. Landlord is very responsive.
