I’m an empty nester with three grown children. I maintain a quiet, easygoing, and drama-free household that is both smoke- and drug-free. I stay active in the community through volunteer work and enjoy helping others, including animals. As a former professional dancer, I remain connected to the performing arts and enjoy traveling, gardening, crafting, cooking, and spending time with my small 12 lb. Havanese, Toby.
Looking for a roommate who is:
• Clean and respectful (a little clutter is fine—uncleanliness is not)
• Honest and financially responsible
• Smoke- and drug-free
• Employed outside the home
• Interested in a long-term lease (minimum 1 year)
• Male or Female age 21-65 sexual orientation does not matter.
• There is one roommate who is male 25 year old only stays 4 nights out of the month.
