We have a fully furnished .. adorable home that we put a lot of love into so major furniture not needed .. your room is empty but the shared spaces are move in ready 🚛

The space:
A newly remodeled 3 BD 2.5 Bath townhouse in Echo Park on Sunset Blvd w balcony views & walking distance to all of the cute coffee shops restaurants.

The unit is open and spacious with in unit washer/dryer, centrally heating/air and large fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Your room is large with views of Downtown and Sunset. Just a few minutes walk to Dodger Stadium, Elysian Park and Sunset Junction. Plus plenty of street parking.

About us:
Two laid back professionals in our 30’s (one in healthcare and one in entertainment) who love a good time 🎼 🍿 and a clean house. Cleaning lady comes occasionally 🙌🏽 but we can discuss.

We’re friendly if you want to explore the neighborhood for Sunday brunch champagne 🍾 or yoga together but open to giving you space if preferred.

First month and deposit due at move in. $1400/month plus utilities (these are usually $40-$60/month depending on the billing month of some utilities). $1400 deposit. Let us know if you have any ?’s and we can see if we’re a good fit! 😃
