Hey! Here’s a little about me as a roommate 🙂
I’m a J1 exchange student working at McDonald’s, so I’m out of the house pretty much every day, you’ll have plenty of space to yourself! I’m not a super early riser, but I don’t stay up late either, so no worries about noise at odd hours.
I’m a clean and organized person, and I’m happy to share cleaning duties, though I do hope my roommate values cleanliness too, since that matters a lot to me.
I’m coming here on my own, so I don’t have friends in the area yet. That means no random guests for now! If I do make friends down the line, I might occasionally have someone drop by, but it would be rare and I’d always give a heads up.
I’m fine with playing music in my room, and I drink socially now and then. I don’t smoke myself, but I’m totally okay living with someone who smokes or uses 420.
When it comes to expenses, I prefer to keep things fair and split everything clearly. I’m also just a naturally generous person working at McDonald’s means I might occasionally bring back snacks or little treats to share! 😄
I always pay rent on time, no exceptions.
Overall, I’d describe myself as friendly and easy to get along with, but I also respect boundaries and value my own space and yours. I’m just here to work hard, enjoy Boston, and share a comfortable home with someone cool. Hope that’s you! 😊
