I'm looking for one roommate for a "luxury" 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the Boston area for 07/01, which is when my current lease ends.

Most important factors for me in an apartment:
- Central AC/Heat
- In-Unit Laundry
- Quality fitness room
- Walking distance to a supermarket
- Walking distance to a T line

Ideal neighborhoods:
- North End
- South End
- Fenway
- Seaport

I'm fairly clean and like to cook most nights. I tend to go to bed late and get up on the later side too. I work remotely right now most days, and usually go into the office one day a week.

I enjoy board games and video games (have a Wii, Wii U, and Switch). I have guest or two on occasion. I like to go out to restaurants, and will drink with friends, but am not a heavy drinker.

Prefer non-smokers.
