Private Balcony, that overlooks private off-street, LARGE parking lot, lined with trees. Laundry room on-site, cost is $2.50 to wash and dry a load of laundry. Heat and Hot Water is Included.WI-FI Access. NO Smoking or Pets. *Five minute walk to the Lake and Commuter Rail--Great Community. Comfortable place to live! I have loved living here for over SIX years. Building is Clean and Quiet, abd Grounds are Manicured. I am kind and respectful of others. Move in August 1st or August 15th.
