Common area furnished, but open to moving some out if your furniture is preferred.

Our roommate got a new job in Irvine, and we’re looking to fill her space ASAP.

Move in: March 1st
Lease ends: July 15th with option to extend
Rent: $1050/month + utilities (around $1150 total per month)
