I have a room available for rent including all utilities on the fourth floor. Our roommate recently moved for a job transfer up North. It is a beautiful three bedroom, two bath apartment. It is 1,450sq ft. The common areas always stay clean and it's very spacious with lots of natural light. My boyfriend and I share the master bedroom. We are only looking to rent one of the rooms again. The other room can be used as office space. There is also lots of closet space in the hallway where you can have your own to keep any belongings. They also offer storage rooms to rent for $45 if needed. There is a lovely pool area on the third floor with grills and a clubhouse nearby (pool, shuffle board, fooseball, ping pong, shared kitchen space, seating). They have a conference room and an office space with computers and a printer. There is also a mail room and a separate package room. The community has events going on every month. The leasing staff is extremely friendly. The maintenance staff is extraordinary. We are going on our third year and absolutely love living here.
