We love playing music in the house. Going for walks when the weather is nice. Go out for drinks every once in a while, but not often. I’m a quiet introvert, but husband is a bit more social. He’s a big reader. He smokes weed outside, I do not smoke. We vape nicotine in the house, but I’m aiming to quit! Our cats love pets and play, but will probably be shy at first. We’re mostly just homebodies who like to enjoy the home we’ve built together. Our home isn’t fancy, and is a *little* cluttered. But we’re friendly, easy going, anti drama, and close to everything fun!

LOCATION: Near Old Town, Fashion Square, Scottsdale Community College, Talking Stick, Camelback Mountain, Safeway, Walmart, bus stops, parks, biking trails, and more! 15 mins from downtown Tempe (with light traffic). 3ish min drive to the 101.
ABOUT OUR HOME: Our townhouse is a bit older, with some small repairs needed. Single story with tile. A back patio with an orange tree, a community pool.
ABOUT US: A couple in our mid 30’s with 2 cats. We vape nicotine in the house and don’t mind if you do. Husband smokes weed, but we’d prefer a roommate who doesn’t smoke a ton out of respect for our neighbors (and not in the house). We lean very liberal and are not religious. Mostly homebodies. We try to keep things clean, but sometimes life gets in the way. We wake up early and usually go to bed early. Enjoy playing music in the house.
WHATS INCLUDED: You get your own fridge (on the small side, but still full size), a free standing pantry, private bathroom and a space in the carport. We’ve got a mounted tv and an extra long twin bed set you can use while here. Your bedroom door comes with a lock and key. We can lower the bed if you don’t need the extra storage space.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We’re ok with a long term couple moving in, but the bed, fridge, and closet are not big. No house parties and preferably no more than 2-3 guests at a time. Guests can’t stay more than 1-2 nights in a row and preferably no more than 2-3x a month. No cigarette smokers please.
