Looking for a creative, easygoing roommate to move in October 1st. The home is in Pico Union, just minutes from Downtown Los Angeles and a quick drive to LA Live.
One private bedroom is available in a 2BR back house. The room will be unfurnished and freshly painted before move-in. You’ll be sharing the space with me in the other bedroom. The house has a shared bathroom, shared kitchen, and a small dining room with a full fridge and dining table. Parking is street-only.
There’s a washer and dryer in-unit, a full kitchen with gas stove and oven, plus my microwave, air fryer, and Ninja blender available to share.
