Hello, I'm a 53-year-old man looking for a communal living arrangement. I recently separated from a long-term relationship, and I'm looking for a co-living situation to save some money, but most importantly, to live in a collaborative environment among like-minded people.

I pretty much stay to myself, but always open to good conversations and great laughs. My day consists of work, workouts, and sleep. I love music and art, and my favorite thing to do is catch a good comedy show.

I love to cook, especially for other people. I typically wake up around 7 am and am in bed by 11 pm. I'm the one person who actually enjoys running. I enjoy anything related to fitness.

I've been told I'm a little OCD about cleaning, but not overbearing. Who doesn't like a clean house? ha ha
