I have a private bedroom and private detached bathroom for rent in my PB townhome.The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Sorry no pets.

It is located on the corner of Lamont and Missouri streets. It is a multi-level 2 bed / 2.5 bath townhouse.

You would have your own bathroom, there is a washer and dryer in the garage, dishwasher in the kitchen, fireplace in the living room, ceiling fan in your bedroom, and 2 outdoor balconies.
Includes your own on site parking spot and use of garage for storage. Utilities include weekly landscaping, wifi, SDGE, trash, water, Directv Now, ESPN+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.

I have lived with both girls/guys in the past and have no preference. I'd also entertain renting to a couple. I just bought a brand new couch which isn't reflected in the pics so some of the furnishings have changed slightly from these pics.
