Hey,

Me and a friend are looking for 1-2 more people to split the rent in a townhome preferably in the Heights or Midtown area. We have already toward several properties and have found a couple that are promising.

Both of us have experience living with other roommates and with leasing. Most of the units we’ve seen have been three bedrooms but we could potentially find a four bedroom as well.

Roommate Criteria:
We are currently only considering other women or nonbinary/trans candidates. Based on most of the houses on the market we would need someone with a budget of ~$900-$1000 monthly. We also aren’t interested in couples. We don’t necessarily have a particular age limit but both of us are in our early twenties so it would be cool to find someone in the same range.

Pets:
I have an ESA, a dog (Labrador Retriever) he is 8 and he’s super sweet, just a little shy at first. Both of us like cats and dogs and are okay with potentially having another animal in the house.
