Renting out room with private bathroom in west end, bring a friend!

Hi, after wonderful years in our home, my partner and I are moving out of state in a few months and looking to rent out the space.

It's a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house, and I am looking to rent to 4 people total. Everyone gets a private bathroom! It'll be $850-900/monthly per room (utilities split between tenants). Currently, we have a family friend renting out a room (see Andrea below, she’s awesome) and another friend who will be moving in a few months.

Looking for folks clean and responsible and who want a cozy place to make a good start in Atlanta or live with friends, like graduate students or young professionals.

It's in the West End, one block from the west beltline, the new Enota Park, a 5 minute walk from the restaurants popping up in West View, a great commute to Ga Tech, GSU, Midtown, Downtown Atlanta, easy I-20 to the east side (the last speedy highway in the Atlanta Metropolitan area), ridiculously good hiking to the west, near the airport, etc. Put “Atlanta Altoona Pl SW” in your google maps to see the spot. I am going to miss it 🥲! But our loss is your gain 😀!

There’s a deck and backyard for guests, a solid kitchen for cooking, easy street parking, and a big basement for your junk. Preferred no smoking or pets (sorry but we do have some street cats to get your fix in and our friend will be bringing one cat).

We’ll be moving in a few months (one room available more immediately), so feel free to plan ahead. The rooms will be partially furnished (bed, drawers, etc.). If you want to bring your own bed, we can chat through that.
