Bonus if you’re a fan of the arts, good coffee, or have a healthy appreciation for a well-timed sarcastic comment.

My work is in the nonprofit world, where I focus on community development and the arts, and I sometimes work from home—so I’m mindful about noise and boundaries. You’d have a private, furnished room and primary access to the shared family bathroom. All bills, WiFi, and a driveway parking space are included. The home has central air, a ceiling fan in the room, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. I live here with my small dog, Choco—he’s friendly, low-key, and thinks he owns the place (he probably does).
