I'm a big board gamer and a movie junkie. typical nerd. I'm LGBQT friendly and 4/20 friendly provided it doesn't permeate through the whole apartment.

I work a typical 9-5 job in East Harlem and be a bit handy around the apartment if needed. Especially when ti comes too appliances like washer dryer, stove etc.

I don't mind if you have people over frequently, I enjoy company and I like socializing. But I don't like excessive noise late at night such as bass boosted speakers. I tend to be very quiet with my own head phones when I chill out in my room. I don't mind it here or there, but not consistently.

I don't have a large preference of where to live, but being close to the 6, 7 or G would be cool.
