Hello! Ready to move April 25 2026. Looking for a roomie! It will be myself and my 9 year old son. I work full time for an electrical installation company in Irvine. I am quiet and respectful of others spaces. But I’d love to be able to have open dialogue and friendly communication with a roomie. I also keep my areas clean and tidy, including dishes sweeping dusting etc. I hope you’re the same. My son is in 4th grade at Eastshore elementary. He’s a really good kid. He’s kind, sweet and goofy. I share custody with his dad, and we get along great. We stay fairly busy with baseball and water polo, and traveling to the inland empire to visit grandparents. We both also love to watch movies, draw and paint, and play board games. We also love gardening, and spending time at the beach! Just looking for easy going nice people to room with.
