About the room: You will have a spacious master bedroom with a half bathroom && walk-in closet. The room will come unfurnished.
About the apartment: the apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 bath space nestled in the heart of El Cerrito. The living room is furnished && the kitchen is open complete with a electric stove, dish washer && granite countertops. In addition to an on site washer && dryer, there is one parking space allotted to each apartment. The community is made up of mostly families && is quite && safe. We are conveniently placed near the dmv, Safeway, El Cerrito Bart Station as well as many other small eateries && amenities. The apartment is also in between a Planet Fitness && a 24 Hr Fitness.
About the roommates: We are two Black career women in our mid twenties. At the house we’re are usually spending time in our rooms reading separately, listening to music, meditating, etc. We have occasional company && seldom throw parties.
Rent is due on the first of the month no exceptions.
WiFi is $33 monthly
PG&E fluctuates between $15-30 monthly per person (colder Months we use the heaters)
