Spacious (12x15) room with large closet available immediately. Fully (and tastefully imo) furnished, just byo bedding and books.

We have the bottom floor of a private house in chill Ditmas Park. Take your pick from the Q at Cortelyou or Beverley, house is right between the 2, 25 minutes to Union Sq. Cortelyou Rd is a restaurant row. Laundry on the corner next to a decent grocery store, organic food coop just a block further.

Utilities (electric and Fios) not included, they average 80-100 per person per month.

I'm 46, former and sometimes current musician with a stable career. My girlfriend lives nearby and our dog stays here a few nights a week.

Looking for someone that has their own thing going but can carry on a decent conversation when we rub elbows.

Our respective bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and the room is large enough, with the kitchen and bathroom close enough, that it can feel like a studio.
