Roommate wanted Dwtn Toronto Front and Blue Jays Way

I am Looking for a roommate preferably a male working full-time, permanent, and day shifts for January or February 1st, 2023 Gay male working and living in downtown Toronto looking for an honest and clean roommate I am renting the master bedroom in my 2 bedrooms condo located in Downtown Toronto, Blue Jays Way, and King area. This is a 2-bedroom condo we will share a bathroom. I am a clean, easy-going professional living and working downtown. Walking distance to the financial district and Subway (10 mins), no parking however can rent one in the building. Covid 4 vaccinated. No pets, no couples. The room is furnished with a bed, a large closet dresser, and a tv. Netflix and cable are included in the rent. My new roommate will have access to the living room, kitchen, washer, and Dryer. Also access to the building facilities Gym, Sauna, Whirlpool area, Games room, and Terrace. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay for at least 6 months or one year, a non-smoker, and no parties or drugs. I am allergic to strong scents. .
