I have a good apt at a very reasonable price. I'm clean, non smoker, mature, the only roommate and a light sleeper. I clean up right after eating. I will respect your sleep time and privacy and I expect the same. I also pay my bills on time. The landlord doesn't allow pets.
The apt is in Jackson Heights. It's close to trains and buses. Although I'm closer to the 7 train, i take the E or F trains and they get to the city in 3 stops. There is a 24 hr. supermarket 2 blocks away and a 24 hr. Rite Aid on the block. The building has an elevator, laundry room and is handicap accessible. Interested in a 6 month to 1 year lease. After that, if things are good for both of us, it would go longer.
