The available room is furnished and has its own private bathroom. You’ll have full access to the kitchen and living room, which are comfortable and nicely set up for relaxing or working. While there isn’t a formal den, the living space is bright and pleasant, perfect for quiet evenings at home. I do have two sweet cats, so it’s important that you’re okay with feline friends. The home is generally very quiet—I don’t have many visitors and would appreciate a roommate with a similar lifestyle. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with lots of conveniences nearby. There’s a strip mall and several convenience stores within minutes, plus great delivery service for everything you might need. Public transportation is accessible, and there are some nice walking areas and trails close by if you enjoy getting outdoors. I’m really hoping to find a professional or mature/older student who values a calm, respectful environment. No smoking, no drugs, no drama, and please be verifiable with no criminal history.
