2 Private Rooms for Rent with a Shared Bathroom - 500/month + 500 deposit to sign lease

I have two bedrooms that share a bathroom for rent. It'll be $500 per room with a $500 deposit to move in and sign the lease. Utilities and internet will be covered by me.

We have central AC, a balcony and a washer/dryer in-unit.

Looking for 2 nice roommates who aren't too loud and are willing to keep things clean. I don't want roaches.

Sorry, but no pets, drugs or smoking inside (out on the balcony is fine).

It's a gated community and is fairly nice. There is a grocery store a short walk away that has a pharmacy and coffee shop inside. There are also a couple of restaurants in the same area as well as a gas station across the street.

I live on the other side of the condo and keep to myself, as I'm not super social.
