We both work full time. My best friend has a female husky, but he would keep her in his room. We are currently living in a 5 bedroom house, but we have to downgrade since my relationship has ended and our 2 other roommates bailed in the middle of the lease. We are looking for someone who is trust worthy and reliable that would be willing to co-sign the lease with us 2 for a year.

My best friend of 15 years and I are looking for a 3rd roommate, so we can be better off financially renting a house. All 3 of our names would be on the lease, and the lease would be for a year. We have already narrowed it down to 3 houses, but would not mind having all 3 of us check out the houses before signing anything. We have had trouble with roommates bailing in the middle of the lease, because my friend and I were the only ones on the lease since we have good credit.
